Years ago Jeff Wilkinson thought there had to be a better
way to make cappuccino foam. Jeff loved the milk foam he made
every morning for his cappuccino, but was tired of the inconvenience
and especially cleaning his espresso machine. With the goal
of convenient foam in mind, Jeff went to work. In true Edisonesque
fashion, he experimented with every combination of ingredients
he could imagine. After hundreds of trials, he was thrilled
when the simplest and most natural ingredients resulted in perfect
FOAM!.
It was at that moment (well, almost) that he decided to call
his company Simply Sublime Foods. Jeff incorporated a hummingbird
into our logo since they have such discriminating taste. After
all, they dine only on nectar, the most sublime food.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to delight our customers with innovative food products that taste GREAT. We will never compromise quality or taste for the sake of convenience, and will always use the finest ingredients available. Although not a health food company, we will make every effort to use the most natural ingredients and processing possible, while keeping in mind the practicalities of food storage and shelf life. Simply put, we will not release a product until it is truly Sublime. |
