In every gourmet coffeehouse in America, milk foam (otherwise known as
cappuccino foam) is the most commonly used ingredient next to coffee. Over the last several
years, milk foam has become a well-loved staple to those coffee aficionados
who enjoy specialty coffee. Until recently, homemade milk foam required an expensive
espresso machine. Well, we’ve put an end to that!
Coffeehouse Classics™ FOAM!, like most good ideas, was an invention born
from necessity. After years of thought and experimentation, we’ve created
an aerosol that is virtually indistinguishable from milk foam
made with an espresso machine. Our FOAM! is applied to your coffee
drink like you would apply whipped cream (in fact FOAM! is delicious as
a fat free whipped cream alternative). Unlike whipped cream, however, just microwave
your cup of coffee topped with Coffeehouse Classics™ FOAM!. After 20
seconds you’ll have real cappuccino foam worthy of any coffeehouse.
Coffeehouse Classics™ FOAM! comes in Natural, Vanilla and Hazelnut
flavors.

When we say, “Mocha & Latte Blenders™ make the
perfect gourmet coffee,” we mean it! Our BLENDERS are not a mix
of powdered or instant ingredients, but a blend of all the ingredients found
in an excellent mocha or latte except for the milk. Our Mocha Blender, for example, is simply
an infusion of fine espresso, rich cocoa, and pure cane sugar. Our Latte Blender is a combination of espresso and a coffeehouse-style vanilla syrup. Our Blenders blend
in your milk for the perfect hot or iced specialty coffee drink.
